Newsflick provides creators with tools to manage their content. Access is currently limited to invited users only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Access is granted via invitation and is non-transferable.

4. Data Usage and TikTok Integration

To facilitate content distribution, the Service may integrate with third-party platforms like TikTok. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Newsflick to access necessary data and perform actions on your behalf, such as uploading content.

We only share data with TikTok strictly for the purpose of utilizing their API for content uploading and management as requested by you. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures. We do not share your personal information or content data with other third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Newsflick a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Newsflick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
